Equinimity, LLC Principal and lead instructor Anne Clemson grew up riding horses across the rolling hills of central Maryland's horse country. After a long hiatus from the world of horses, she found herself drawn to working with these sentient beings in the cutting edge field of Equine Facilitated Human Development.

A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and Goucher College's Programs for Professional Advancement, Anne brings to her EFHD practice over 20 years experience in the workforce development field, where she managed the multiple assets and resources of a mid-sized public sector agency.

As an Epona Approved Instructor, Anne is qualified to teach leadership, non-verbal communication, conflict resolution, personal empowerment and emotional intelligence skills using the Epona Approach™. Anne's two mares, Belle, a sorrel colored 8-year old registered Percheron, and Taliesin, a 9-year old registered Kentucky Mountain Gaited Horse, partner with her in her practice.

In additional to apprenticing with Linda Kohanov to learn the Epona Approach™ to EFHD, Anne has studied the principles and theory of transformational mediation and conflict resolution with Louise Phipps Senft, Esq., a nationally recognized innovator in the field and Principal of Baltimore Mediation, Inc. She has also explored the fundamentals of the Enneagram, a powerful system of nine personality types that builds self-awareness and enriches interactions with others, with renowned author and international lecturer Helen Palmer.

Anne resides in Baltimore County, MD with her family.
