You'll experience an exciting new world of personal and professional development opportunities at Equinimity. We'll help you build mindfulness, leadership, conflict resolution and emotional intelligence skills using a blend of non-riding experiential activities with horses, informal lectures and individual consultation.

We're trained in the Eponaquest Approach™ to Equine Facilitated Learning, which combines the latest human development research with equine training and relationship principles and uses an interactive learning format in which horses are actively engaged in facilitating the human learning experience. You'll discover that examining horse behavior and your own reactions to that behavior can lead to powerful new insights into your own natural abilities and talents and promote personal and professional growth. And you'll learn useful techniques to help you cope with any challenges you face as change occurs. Throughout the process you'll gradually overcome counterproductive ways of thinking and reacting.

Our structured and certified EFL program will help you:
